    Olympics opening ceremony

As someone who always enjoys the dark side of things, I loved the nightmare segment. Of course, I don 't have any kids who won't be sleeping for a while. Wonderfully creepy.

I know it's a matter of taste, ut this might be my favorite opening ever.

It has a very human feel. It is certainly Britain telling everyone how important and awesome they are. I wonder how someone with little to no knowledge of Britain or British culture is viewing this.

Very enjoyable ceremony. Though in all my time in the West Country I never witnessed people coming out of the top of Glastonbury Tor. Other than tourists.
