Welcome back, Joey!!! Here's hoping he's back to lacing doubles and oppo homers soon.

Hey, not a bad lineup. I like getting Gregorius in there.

Not exactly a friendly welcome by the Reds. Didi and Joey...welcome back, here deal with Roy Freaking Halladay. *shudder*

Only thing I'd call Roy thus far in 2012 has been freaking average.

True, but still not the guy I'd want to face in my MLB debut. No matter his struggles this year, he's STILL Roy Halladay.

Would you rather see Valdez? I wouldn't. Gregorious couldn't be any worse. Halladay may pitch a gem today but he's not the Halladay of old. The last time the Reds faced him his fast ball was a good 4 or 5 mph slower than the past. He seems very hittable now.

I hope this guy,Votto?,can help out. We could use some pop in the middle of the order to go with Bruce and Ludwick.

I wasn't complaining. I like seeing Didi get a start and of course I welcome Joey back with open arms. Only pointing out that this isn't the easiest guy in the world to face on the first game back.

No I agree, he is. I've just been wondering when RH was going to show some wear. Perhaps 2012 has been the start of that.

I think it is, and he's clearly not the dominate pitcher in the game anymore.

His K's are down, his walks are up, and his FB's are also up.

    But he's still plenty good.

Nice lineup. Glad to see Phillips in the leadoff spot.

Great lineup. Cozart's been out 2 days in a row, hope nothing's up there, just some rest for him, in which case I have no problem with it.

According to John Fay Cozart has a stiff back that is why he is out.

Several Reds have very good career numbers against Halladay. Combined 21 for 58 from the trio of BP-Bruce-Votto.
