Wilson Valdez is a fringe backup.

What's the excuse tonight for the regular players who are in there.

    Ludwick walks
    Bruce pops up to third

Miami wins 4-0. We're bad again. Get em tomorrow.

I just hope this is all precautionary with Cozart and he'll be ready to roll when the playoffs begin.

    Reds lose 4-0.

Any word on Cozart? Is there a date of an expected return?

Offense has been asleep for a week. No offense at all.

Listening to Marty tonight, he pointed out that this team, when they face a pitcher they've never seen, make that pitcher look like Grover Cleveland Alexander or Cy Young. Such was the case tonight. Add that to the fact that you pretty much have to score four runs to have a chance when Arroyo is pitching, and the result is obvious. Go get em tomorrow.

Thise things can take up to 2-3 weeks to get better.

Can DiDi not play SS at least? It would be nice if one these call ups could help a little. The Cards seem to bring up anyone and they hit for them.
