I went pessmistic and said 76 or 77 or something like that.

They blew by that before September started, I think

Not so sure about that...there was a good radio discussion with Marty and someone about that today, I might just want the Giants over the Cards/Braves winner.

No way to know. All the playoff teams are pretty evenly matched. I don't see it mattering, close games, big hits, nail biting late innings....won't matter where or who.

Do we lead the league in walkoff wins?

Milwaukee's got to be among the league leaders in blown saves. If they had a closer they'd be in the playoffs

Just got home and saw they won. What a finish! That's taking a win from the jaws of defeat. This team does seem to have certain magic about it. They have had some other nice wins similar to this one. Hopefully it will carry over to the playoffs. You have to win a game or two like this to win a championship. Even the 76 Reds won game three in the NLCS in exciting fashion.

Apparently the Reds misunderstood my prediction, they thought it included all of their post season wins too. :O)

Finally!! Down to the last out and they actually won one. First time I've seen them win live in at least 3 years. At least since before I joined the army in 2010. Was 0-3 this season coming into today, 0-4 last season. Hopefully this starts a new trend and I get to see them win next April in DC and May in Philly.
    Is it "next season" yet?

Posted from my iPhone during the game and none of them showed up for some reason. To summerize, it was a horrible game up until the ninth with the notable exception of Mat Latos's pitching which was phenominal. What a difference in being agravated watching a very talented (at times) Volquez and Mat. It was a shame he couldn't win (which seems to be a pattern. If there was any justice, Mat would be 17-4 instead of 13-4). but better that neither or Mat lost.

Horray for Frazier and Dioner. This team missed Ryan Ludwick. Come back soon, Brother!
