Outside of Elly this is just a rotten untalented group of offensive players. Marte, McLain, and a healthy CES should help, but they are all either unproven, recovering from a major injury, or both. Elly, Steer, and Friedl are the only 3 hitters from the current 26 man roster I'd care to see on next year's team.

Man! If the Red's pitchers could just get out of the first inning without giving up any runs they have a far better chance of a victory (lol). Four runs in the 1st for Lodolo, all earned (GS), and nada afterwards. Seen numerous, similar situations this season. If we could just get through the 1st inning we'd be OK.
