Pile of pitches. Damage limited. Probably means a 4-5 inning start.

Wow, just 1 run after all that is a beautiful thing.

Johnson should've gone out there before the walk-rbi. I always feel he comes out one or two batters later than necessary.

Would that be considered good pitching or bad pitching from Lowder?

Great, we get to have Hayes leadoff the next inning.

Hinds he wasn’t going to throw you another breaking ball. Terrible guess hitters on 1 team.

    Hinds.

Dude’s gotta do something at the plate. One hit. They aren’t going to let this continue unabated.

This is something I think it weird. It doesnt seem like some of them have the ability to turn into a defensive at bat and prepare to foul off some pitches if they are close. Just guess and not swing a lot.

And while hitting is hard they struggle against pitchers that are not throwing in the high 90s or sometimes even great breaking pitches. They have managed to regress even more. Steer. Tyler. TJ. Hayes was not even this bad in Pittsburgh.

Two game saving plays to end each inning. That’s my team captain.

Hayes is the only one who makes that look effortless

Hayes is so bad, they didn't even bother to call his AB.

I’m not even aggravated with him. Inasmuch as it’s possible to feel pity for a multi-million dollar athlete, I do.

    He’s completely overmatched. It’s sad.
