With the CBA, I want it so if a team refuses to spend at a floor level, they loose thier #1 draft pick and it goes in a lottery for the other teams to get a chance at it. Only way to ensure teams dont play games

The floor should be enforced somehow but your post misses the main issue. The issue is lessen the discrepancy between the highest spending teams and the lowest. That means far more change for teams like the Dodgers than teams like the Reds. A cap would mean the Dodgers will need to cut about $150mill. No team will have to add that much in order to get to a floor

He's done forever. Bauer was not only not convicted, but they also declined to file charges. In the eyes of the law, he's literally not guilty of any crime. Franco won't be allowed to play in Japan or South Korea. Might not be allowed into Mexico.Although the outlet reported that the court issued a judicial pardon to Franco, he was still convicted of a crime of moral turpitude, which would prevent Franco from obtaining a visa to work in the USA.
