I think we'll see shortly an IL stint with a tired shoulder or something similar. All those innings last year are taking a toll. He literally pitched in every other game last yr. Unless you're Mike Marshall, that doesn't work
Who replaces him, God only knows. There's not much at AAA. Maybe AA???
The first segment is definitely worth a listen via his rant.

It might be a bold statement, and it might even be a shocking statement, but here goes. I don't know that our Hall of Fame skipper cares as much about winning games as he does about appeasing players' sensitivities and exhibiting loyalty to his guys. That's admirable as a human being but egregious as a baseball manager. Winning games should be the only consideration, not placating egos and pacifying personalities. Terry is not making the late game moves with winning games in mind.
Yes, injuries have been injurious. The number of reliable arms are thin. However, Junior Marte in a one-run game with a rested pen ? Big C12H22O11 in high leverage? Tony Santy again in the ninth inning of a tie game? Santy Claus has gifted the opposition(in 5 innings of 9th inning work this season) 10 runs, 4 homers, and 4 walks. Why in the world would you continue to call on him in the ninth inning of a tie game?
All of this seems to suggest that a Hall of Fame manager, now at the sunset of his career, cares more about massaging his players' feelings than he cares about winning baseball games. And I hate that. I bet even Marty is just as befuddled as RedsZone.
