MLB.com updated their rankings. Trammel down to 28, Greene at 30, India at 43. Nobody else in top 100.

As long as Nick Howard is out there throwing at windmills, there's hope springing eternal in this human breast.

Hopefully Trammel, Stephenson, and Santillan eventually contribute at the big league level.

I feel that everyone else in the article, including Greene, is very iffy at this point.
Greene was treated with kid gloves, yet still needed TJ surgery.
I wonder if he was hurt when the Reds drafted him. Perhaps he was hurt in his senior year, and that's why he barely pitched at all? The Reds need to do better at screening draft picks. Reds have a lot of work to do in player development.

Full-season ball at age 18 is not kid's gloves.
    I'm not a system player. I am a system.

This place really has to stop putting so much emphasis on short term trends. Maybe these guys all suck! But if so it's not because of what their OPS says right now.
Stephenson's OPS on the season going into today was .692

After today (walk, 2 doubles, HR), it's .742

In other news, you should learn how to create BBCode tables from the B-R tables. Click on "Share & more" and then "Modify and share table" and go from there.

    Now it's not as nice.
The television crews left and about 10 reporters remained in the room. That's when Price took his turn doing the talking.
What followed was a five-minute, 34-second expletive-filled tirade. The final tally was 77 uses of the "F" word or a variant and 11 uses of a vulgar term for feces (two bovine, one equine).

68 innings over 18 starts.. not a heavy load.
Heavier than the load he had in high school, but not heavy. They really eased him into it.

That will be .992 when he gets the juiced ball in AAA. Anyone curious to see how many dingers Ibandel Isabel can hit with the juiced ball?
