Harang with the highest BA in the Mets Lineup!

I'm going to recommend listening to the Mets announcers tonight, if you have the EI package. They're good. PLus, if the Reds do poorly tonight, T. Brennaman could be unlistenable.

Billy Hamilton should absolutely be sitting on the bench. Choo and Ludwick need to be fully ready to go for the playoffs. Billy's role will be to pinch run in close games, and maybe be a late defensive replacement.

Wonder if Choo should have sat out tonight and tomorrow (lefty tomorrow).

Just wondering if his thumb is really ok.

These guys are so competitive they probably say "I'm ok" all the time, reflexively.

No way to know but wouldn't have been a tragedy if BH played these two games.

    Hope it works out.

Maybe it's just me, but I absolutely LOVE seeing Harang on the mound again in Cincy. Class act all the way.

I like Aaron Harang as a man, but the Reds need to beat him like a rented mule....

I think Harang has pitched for half of MLB the last 2-3 years.
Rounding third and heading for home...

Mets TV guys talking about the Votto walk thing. Announcers are highly complimentary of the Reds.

Against the lefty tomorrow would be a good time to get Billy a start. I'm not saying he should get no playing time, just that if Luddy and Choo are healthy, they should be playing as they normally would. A good way to get Billy in would be for Choo tomorrow and for Ludwick on Wednesday.

Ted Williams and Frank Thomas are good comps.

That's essentially what he actually is these days, right?

With all due respect to Aaron, of course.

Yeah, it's really a question of getting the most out of all three players. In light of the Choo injury and Ludwick's injured season.

Now Mets announcers talking up Jay Bruce. Deservedly.
