I don’t like Fleck but think y’all are severely underrating him and frankly I think some Midwest football might succeed in the Pac12

My Midwest comment was more about his personality than play style. He has a very blue collar attitude, which is great, but probably not a fit in LA

That's a fair point. He was also their 6th choice or something like that. He maybe shouldn't have been, but Cronin isn't the type of coach that they were looking for.

I think USC football is different from UCLA basketball at this point too. I don't think Fleck would be a terrible hire by any means, but I think they'll be looking for a more exciting name, whether that's right or not.

Is that one "Mission Accomplished" just yet? They obviously had an amazing tournament run, but they were nearly an NIT team after blowing a huge lead in the first round of the Pac 12 Tournament and needed a lot of magic just to get out of the play in game.

That would be my thought as well...the jury is still out but it is looking promising.
