Pitchers don't even bother throwing Aquino strikes anymore.

Aquino could have hit all three of those out to right with ease. Don’t need tape measure shots to left every time.

Brilliant start by Bauer. Really one of the all time Reds starts: 8IP, 4H, 1ER, 1BB, 12 K

Looks like I picked the wrong day to stop sniffing glue.

Hello NL Cy Young Award, it’s Cincinnati #Reds ace Trevor Bauer. Pitching on short rest, he vaults ahead of the NL pack, giving up just 4 hits with 1 run and striking out 12 in eight innings vs the #Brewers. Reds lead 6-1 in the 8th with Bauer likely done at 104 pitches.

No problem with getting Miley an inning but you need to be prepared to pull him after the minimum if it’s going sideways.

    Re: 9-23-20 Reds vs Brewers

This game reminds me of the final game of 1999 regular season, our ace Pete Harnisch pitched against Brewers in a must win game and our clean up hitter(Greg Vaughn) hit 3 run homer to open it up. Just substitute Trevor Bauer for PH and Geno for GV and it's very close. 7-1 was final in that game. Hopefully 6-1 will stand in this one.
