Portland looks bad, bad, bad. I don't think signing Melo for him to chuck was the best move.
I'm not a system player. I am a system.

I've watched a lot of Sacramento this year and will add two things:
1) Richaun Holmes is making himself A LOT of money. He's on a 2yr/$10M deal that looks like an absolute steal. He's tough, bouncy, runs well, competes consistently, and has a nice touch around the rim and at the foul line. I'd love to see the Kings explore a 3 year extension with him.
2) Cory Jospeh is a fox hole guy. Great defender, competes, and brings a toughness to the group. His work on Luka and Harden was instrumental in those two road wins in TX.
With Bagley back, Fox hopefully retuning near the end of the month, and the schedule getting a bit lighter--this Kings team has a chance to be a lot of fun and play some good basketball. Props, too, for Luke Walton. He's done a marvelous job with the rotations while the Kings are short-handed, uses his challenges well, and seems to be a good X&O guy, especially out of bounds stuff. And I generally dig his mindset and attitude.

he has played above his contract since he came into the league on a Hinkie Special. The problem is by the time he is a FA again, it will be his 28 year old season and for an undersized guy that mostly relies on his athleticism, teams could be hesitant to invest significant cap over multiple years on him.

Miami played hard, and the Lakers did not make it easy on themselves.....but were able to hang Miami's first loss at home on them tonight.
Lakers - 113
Heat - 110
Lakers still have not lost a game away from Staples Center this season.
Sixers stay undefeated at home with win over Pelcs. Was not easy but got it done. 14-0 now at home.

Doncic with the ankle sprain...expect he will miss a few games.
If you have a losing record at Reds games, please stop going.
Not a good game for my Sixers tonight in Brooklyn.

Ja Morant and Tyler Herro are gonna be so so good. My two favs from this rookie class sans Zion.
Morant is going to make Memphis a thing in the next couple of years. He's that kinda talent. And Herro is gonna be another guy that Miami polishes into a star. Jimmy Butler will make him play D, and offensively he has the whole package in the works already.
