Joe loves to throw back-shoulder passes and Higgins has a great catch radius. This might be the case of drafting the WR to fit the QB's profile.

Remember, #Bengals knew a lot about Mims. Their WR coach had him at Baylor. They had him at Senior Bowl. They knew him. Had a choice. They knew enough to pick Higgins.
He will definitely be a guy who Burrow can trust. I like that. And his catch radius is huge.
