    MLB Active Career Stats Leaders

I check on these every so often and just did for my first time this year.

Votto is active leader in several and Freeman is active in several as well. Of players that have played this season Freeman is career leader in many categories.

What I found interesting though is Freeman with 1154 RBI, McCutchen with 2015 games and Freeman with 2133 career hits

When was the last time an active leader had those low of career totals? 1880’s? 1890’s?

Justin Verlander is the active leader in Complete Games by a pitcher with 26. That is not in the Top 1,000 in history.

The single season leader has more than that.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!
